2024 Schedule of Events

# Welcome to the Knowledge Without Boundaries 2024 Annual Research Summit

This year's summit is taking place virtually via Zoom.

[View the summary](/research/events/summit/2024/kwb-summary.html)For the best experience possible, follow these guidelines
- All sessions may have “recording enabled.” By attending you agree to this aspect of the conference. Recordings may be used in follow-up archives for others. Upon entering your picture may be muted for this purpose. You can enable video for yourself in the lower corner of your Zoom settings by simply clicking on the “Start Video” icon which may have a red line running through it indicating your video is muted.
- At the start of every day, the “Waiting Room” feature is enabled by the host, who will let all guests in when the time for the conference at the beginning of the day starts. The conference will remain open until the next day’s start time.
- Each day also begins in the MAIN room [this is where you have entered from the link provided]. If you are looking for a particular session of the day, it will be set up according to the designated session number ie. Session 1, Session 2, etc. You can get there by clicking the “Breakout Rooms” button on your Zoom dashboard.
- Your Zoom dashboard may not show all of these important dashboard icons if your screen is minimized in any way. Most times you can fix simple issues like “I don’t see a way to enter a room?” by expanding your screen in whatever search engine you are using Google/Firefox].
- Captions will be enabled for all sessions
- Sessions should have moderators for any assistance needed.
- We recommend desktop/ laptop for the full potential of the conference but you may also use your phone or iPad.
- Remember to mute yourself during sessions so that the presenter and audience is not distracted.
