Dr. Alfreda Goods

Dr. Goods holds a Doctor of Management from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Management with distinction from Bellevue University (Omaha, Nebraska), and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Houston.

She brings more than 18 years of corporate experience, nationally and internationally, in the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) industry, having served as a product consultant for organizations including MasterCard, Affiliated Computer Services, Inc., and Applied Communications, Inc. She also brings more than 20 years of teaching experience spanning K–12, community college, undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral education, and currently serves as a doctoral dissertation chair and faculty member mentoring scholar-practitioners across disciplines.

A committed community leader and veteran, Dr. Goods served as Secretary for the New York City Department of Youth and Community Development's District 12 Neighborhood Association Board, and her service was recognized with a Proclamation from the Honorable Adriano Espaillat, Member of the U.S. House of Representatives.

Her research interests include ethical leadership, leadership development, organizational change, decision-making under uncertainty, and the integration of technology within organizations.
