Dr. Alisa Fleming is an experienced academic leader with a background in higher education administration, learning assessment, teaching, business and consulting. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business with a specialization in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism.

Dr. Fleming’s research interests center on assessment and learning, leadership, ethics and employee behaviors that contribute to healthy school and workplace cultures. Dr. Fleming has a passion for inspiring others to action. That passion has led to service in higher education and community outreach through nonprofits and youth organizations.
