Dr. Destiny Wilson

Dr. Destiny Wilson is an operations leader and practitioner-scholar with more than 12 years of leadership experience across diverse industries. She earned her Doctor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, where her research examined compensation disparities among doctoral staff faculty.

Her research interests include organizational leadership, workplace equity, organizational culture, and higher education. Dr. Wilson is committed to advancing leadership scholarship that expands the literature on the experiences of underrepresented communities and supports evidence-based organizational change.

In addition to her academic and professional achievements, Dr. Wilson is a proud mother to her two sons, Chase and Malikhi.
