## Abstract

This article introduces the University of Phoenix Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurial Research | AI Lab (CLER | AI Lab), a new initiative examining artificial intelligence through the lived experiences of leaders and entrepreneurs. Grounded in scholar-practitioner principles, the lab explores four interconnected areas: AI-informed leadership decision-making; entrepreneurial innovation and AI adoption among small and mid-sized organizations; ethical, responsible, and inclusive AI governance; and organizational learning and workforce readiness. Drawing on emerging research, the lab seeks to bridge theory and practice, advancing evidence-based approaches that help organizations navigate AI transformation responsibly. As AI reshapes leadership, identity, equity, and the future of work. The CLER | AI Lab positions scholar-practitioners to contribute rigorous, timely insights that inform AI policy, practice, and education.
